QR code for a TikTok profile
Your profile URL in a code. The @ goes in the address, not in what you type — the field takes the handle alone.
A TikTok QR code stores the address of a TikTok profile, which a phone opens in TikTok.
Style this code — colour, shape, branding, frame and output
Colour & contrastThe ink, the paper behind it, and the three eyes. Every choice is contrast-checked as you make it.
ShapeHow the squares are drawn. The three eyes are styled apart from the data, because a scanner finds the code by them.
BrandingYour mark on the code. Every picture here costs scanability — the notes say how much, and the preview is the truth.
Frame & captionA border and a line of text around the code — the "scan me" that tells a passer-by what it is for.
OutputWhat comes out of the download buttons, and what the symbol actually carries.
Print-ready PDF
A press file at the finished size: 3mm bleed, crop marks and a trim box a print shop’s checks read. The code is drawn black on white whatever the design above — how a colour prints is something only a test print can show.
The @ belongs to the URL, not to the handle
TikTok profiles live at tiktok.com/@handle, so the code adds the @ for you. Typing it yourself would produce a double one, which is a 404 that looks like a working code until somebody scans it.
This is not the in-app scan code
TikTok draws its own scannable code inside the app, readable only there. This one is a plain URL, so any camera opens it — which is what printed material needs, because most people scanning a poster are using the camera app rather than TikTok.
A handle change breaks every printed copy
The username is in the ink. TikTok allows a change every 30 days, which makes this more likely here than on most platforms — worth a dynamic code if a rebrand is plausible.
TikTok QR codes
Should I include the @?
No. The code adds it. Typing it produces tiktok.com/@@handle, which resolves to nothing.
Can it link to one video?
This one makes a profile link. A video is a URL — use the URL type for that.
Does scanning follow the account?
No. No platform permits that, so "scan to follow" describes something that cannot happen.
Is this the same as TikTok’s own QR code?
No. The in-app code belongs to TikTok and the app can restyle or retire it; this one is a plain link to your profile that keeps working wherever it is printed.
Want to change it after it’s printed?
Make it a dynamic code: it carries a short link you can point somewhere new at any time, and it counts every scan. A free account includes 5 dynamic codes and needs no card — and a dynamic code keeps redirecting even if you never upgrade.
