A room compendium that replaces the folder nobody opens — WiFi, room service, checkout, local guides and housekeeping requests — updated centrally without reprinting a single card.
A bedside card is scanned in low light by a tired guest. These are generated with generous contrast and quiet zone rather than styled to within an inch of failing.
WHAT YOU GET
Replace the folder, keep the service
Guests will not download an app for a two-night stay. Everything opens as a page from the camera.
Room compendium
WiFi, dining hours, room service, spa, checkout time and local recommendations on one page that loads instantly and works in the languages your guests read.
WiFi without the front desk call
A WiFi code with the password escaped correctly, so guests connect on iOS and Android without typing anything or ringing reception.
Per-room codes
Each room gets its own code with the room number attached, so a housekeeping or service request arrives already knowing where it came from.
Update centrally
Breakfast times change, a restaurant closes for renovation, a rate changes. Edit once and every card in every room is current — no reprinting 200 cards.
Multi-property
Run several properties as separate workspaces with their own branding and analytics, under one account with per-property attribution.
Review at the right moment
A review code on the checkout page, after the stay rather than during it, using the Place ID so it opens the review box directly.
Compendiums outlive the subscription
Codes in every room keep resolving after a plan ends. You lose editing and analytics; you do not lose the printing in two hundred rooms.
Checked before it goes in the room
Quiet zone, module count and contrast are measured on the code, and the print size calculator sizes it for a bedside card read in low light.
SETUP
One property, one afternoon
Start with the compendium and add rooms after.
STEP 01
Build the compendium
Hours, services, contacts and local guides from the block builder, in each language you need.
STEP 02
Add the WiFi code
Network name and password, escaped to spec so special characters do not silently break the connection.
STEP 03
Generate room codes
Say how many rooms. Each gets a unique code carrying its number, all audited in one batch.
STEP 04
Print the in-room pack
Bedside card, desk tent and a bathroom decal, laid out with cut marks for a local printer.

Formats made for this room
Every format is rendered at its own minimum size and decode-tested before export, so a code that fits the layout is a code that scans in the room.
Neither. The compendium opens as a web page from the phone camera, under 100KB, with core content working without JavaScript for guests on weak roaming data.
Can each room have its own code?
Yes, generated as a single bulk job with the room number passed through on every scan — so a service request tells you the room without the guest typing it.
What if we change our breakfast times?
Edit the page once. Every printed card in every room is immediately current, which is the main reason to use dynamic codes in a hotel.
Does it work for guests who do not read English?
Yes, with automatic language detection from the phone and per-language page variants. Non-English content should be written natively rather than machine-translated.
Can we run several properties?
Yes, as separate workspaces with their own branding, pages and analytics under one account, with per-property billing attribution on team plans.
