A property page behind every sign board — gallery, floor plan, video walkthrough and a direct line to the agent — that you repoint the moment a unit sells, without replacing a single board.
One property page is free. Agent cards and per-listing codes scale with your plan.

Sign boards are read from the pavement, sometimes from a slowing car. That distance sets the code size, and the calculator is built around it.
WHAT YOU GET
Designed for property that changes status
Listings sell, prices move, agents change. The board on the gate should not need replacing for any of that.
Property pages with the full set
Photo gallery, floor plan, video walkthrough, map, price and the agent’s direct contact — all on a page that loads in under a second on mobile data.
Repoint when it sells
Change the destination to a "sold, see similar" page the day it goes. The board keeps working and keeps sending you traffic instead of wasting it.
Boards read from a distance
A code on a gate is scanned from two to five metres. We size it for that distance, not for a desk, and warn when a layout has made it too small to work.
Agent digital cards
One vCard-style hosted card per agent, with one-tap save and WhatsApp. Generate the whole team in a single bulk job, NFC-ready.
Enquiry capture
A form on the page, with submissions queued and retried so none are lost, exportable and available by webhook into your CRM.
Which board is working
Tag each code with its physical location. Scan counts by board tell you which sites earn their signage cost, and zero-scan alerts catch a board that has been taken down.
Boards outlive the subscription
A board can stand for months after a listing closes and after a plan lapses. Every printed code keeps resolving — you lose editing and analytics, never the sign.
Checked for the distance it is read at
Quiet zone, module count and contrast are measured on the code, and the print size calculator answers the question a board actually poses: how big, to be read from the pavement.
SETUP
One listing, one afternoon
No developer and no CRM integration needed to start.
STEP 01
Build the property page
Add photos, floor plan, price and description from the block builder, or generate a draft from an existing listing URL.
STEP 02
Attach an agent
Pick the agent whose card and number appear on the page. Their hosted card is reusable across every listing they hold.
STEP 03
Size for the board
Enter the viewing distance and we return the minimum code size in millimetres for your exact payload.
STEP 04
Print and tag
Export the board insert, then record where it was installed so scan data is tied to a physical location.
PRINT PACK
Formats made for this room
Every format is rendered at its own minimum size and decode-tested before export, so a code that fits the layout is a code that scans in the room.
For a two-metre read, about 20mm minimum; for five metres, closer to 50mm. The ratio holds only if the payload stays short — which is why board codes should always be dynamic short links rather than long listing URLs.
What happens to the board when the property sells?
Repoint the code to a sold page or to similar listings. The printed board becomes a lead source for your next property instead of a dead end.
Can each agent have their own code?
Yes, and generating the whole team at once is a bulk job. Each card is a hosted page, so a number change never invalidates printed cards.
Will it work on a code printed on vinyl?
Yes, with care. Vinyl on a curved or flexing surface distorts the grid — keep the code on a flat panel and add about 25% to the size for outdoor boards.
Can I see which boards generate enquiries?
Yes. Tag codes by location and compare scans and form submissions per board. That is usually the fastest way to justify or cut signage spend.
