The third parties that process customer data on our behalf: who they are, what each does, and where the data goes. This is the list the privacy notice and the data processing agreement refer to.
What is covered
The privacy notice names 7 categories of provider. A category being named is not a claim that a provider is contracted in it; the list below is.

- Runs the service, the api and the redirect edge.
- Storage
- Holds uploaded files and the assets a hosted page serves.
- Delivers sign-in links, export links and notices.
- Payment
- Takes subscription payments; we never hold card details.
- Threat intelligence
- Checks destinations against known-bad lists before a code resolves to them.
- Security
- Keeps automated abuse out of our public forms.
- AI
- Produces the results of the AI features a customer chooses to use.

- Notice of an addition: DigitalOcean, LLC will host the application and its database, in its Bangalore, India data centre; uploaded files will be stored with Cloudflare R2, in its Asia-Pacific locations. Each is listed above from the day it begins processing customer data.

How you are told before a new one is added
Two places carry the notice, and both exist today. This page’s change log records the addition with its date. The service-announcement banner — the strip staff publish from the admin console, which appears on every page of this site and in the dashboard while it is live — carries the same notice for as long as it is set to.
What this page does not promise: a notice period measured in days, or an email to every account. Neither is built. If you need notice by email, write to the address below and say so; the request is answered by a person, and the statutory window for that answer is thirty days.
