PayPal QR code generator
Your PayPal.Me link as a code — with an amount baked in when you want one. The payer lands on PayPal’s own page and confirms there.
A PayPal QR code stores a PayPal.Me link, so a phone opens PayPal ready to pay the person or business named in it.
Style this code — colour, shape, branding, frame and output
Colour & contrastThe ink, the paper behind it, and the three eyes. Every choice is contrast-checked as you make it.
ShapeHow the squares are drawn. The three eyes are styled apart from the data, because a scanner finds the code by them.
BrandingYour mark on the code. Every picture here costs scanability — the notes say how much, and the preview is the truth.
Frame & captionA border and a line of text around the code — the "scan me" that tells a passer-by what it is for.
OutputWhat comes out of the download buttons, and what the symbol actually carries.
Print-ready PDF
A press file at the finished size: 3mm bleed, crop marks and a trim box a print shop’s checks read. The code is drawn black on white whatever the design above — how a colour prints is something only a test print can show.
A name, not an email address
The code carries paypal.me/yourname, the link PayPal hands you for exactly this. It never embeds your PayPal email — a printed email is a harvesting target and a phishing prop, and no working code needs it.
The amount rides in the link
paypal.me/yourname/12.50USD opens with the amount and currency set. The payer can still change it before paying — PayPal.Me links request, they do not collect.
You need a PayPal.Me name first
It is claimed once in your PayPal settings and it is yours from then on. If the code should reach a business account, claim the name on that account before printing.
PayPal QR codes
Where do I find my PayPal.Me name?
In PayPal under Settings → PayPal.Me, or at paypal.me when signed in. The name in your link — paypal.me/THISPART — is what the form wants.
Can I set a currency without an amount?
No — the link has nowhere to put one, so the form refuses rather than dropping it silently. Set both, or neither.
Do fees change with a QR code?
The code is the same PayPal.Me link; PayPal’s fees apply exactly as they would if the payer had typed the link themselves.
What does the payer see?
PayPal’s own payment page for your name, with the amount prefilled when the code carries one. Nothing is collected on this site.
Want to change it after it’s printed?
Make it a dynamic code: it carries a short link you can point somewhere new at any time, and it counts every scan. A free account includes 5 dynamic codes and needs no card — and a dynamic code keeps redirecting even if you never upgrade.
