Open Team from the sidebar. It lists everyone in the workspace with their role, whether they use two-factor sign-in, and when they were last active.
Roles
There are six roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Editor, Analyst and Viewer. What each role can do sets out every capability against every role. Every member can view codes and analytics.
On an Enterprise contract, you can also give a member custom permissions: choose what they can do in this workspace, one capability at a time.
Invite someone
Choose Invite a member, enter their email and choose a role, then Send invitation. An owner or admin can invite people.
An invitation holds a seat until it's accepted, and expires in 7 days. The screen shows how many seats your plan has and how many are free. If every seat is in use, free one or upgrade before you invite. Pricing shows the seats on each plan.
The person gets an email with a link. Accepting adds the workspace to their account beside anything they already have. The invitation must be accepted by the email address it was sent to.
Change or remove a member
Each member's menu offers:
- Change role.
- Set custom permissions, on an Enterprise contract.
- Remove from workspace: they lose access at once. Codes and pages they made stay, and they can be invited again later.
For a pending invitation, Revoke invitation stops the link working and frees its seat.
Require two-factor sign-in
The owner can switch on Require two-factor sign-in. Everyone in the workspace must then use an authenticator app to sign in. Members who haven't set it up are emailed and asked to before they can open the workspace. See Two-factor sign-in.
Recent activity
Recent activity shows what members have done in the workspace. Choose Export the audit log to download it as NDJSON.
More than one workspace
You can belong to several workspaces. Switch between them from the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar.
