Open Connected apps from the sidebar. Apps connect with a sign-in rather than an API key. Only the workspace owner or an admin can connect, sync or disconnect them. Each app's card says which plan includes it.
What each app does
- HubSpot: form leads and email-gate addresses become contacts.
- Mailchimp: leads with an email address join an audience you choose, with double opt-in.
- Notion: each lead becomes a page in a database you choose, filled in by column name.
- Airtable: each lead becomes a record in a table you choose, filled in by field name.
- Salesforce and Zoho CRM: form leads and email-gate addresses become leads.
- Google Business Profile: reads your locations and their Place IDs, so a Google review code points at the right listing. Nothing is written to your profile.
Connect an app
- Choose Connect on the app and sign in to it.
- For Mailchimp, Notion and Airtable, choose where leads go: Load the list from the app, choose an audience, database or table, and Save. For Notion, share a database with the integration first.
- Choose Sync now, or let leads flow as they arrive.
Also send leads from before this app was connected is off by default. Someone who left an address months ago didn't agree to hear from a newsletter today.
Status
Each app shows how many leads were sent, skipped and refused. A lead is skipped when it has no address the app can file it under. Leads the app refused are listed with the reason; fix them in the app and sync again.
If the app stops accepting the connection, nothing is sent until you choose Reconnect. It carries on from where it stopped.
Review codes from your locations
After connecting Google Business Profile, choose Read locations again to load your locations, then Make a review code on one. If Google hasn't given a location a Place ID yet, a review code can't point at it.
Disconnect
Choose Disconnect. The stored sign-in is deleted and nothing more is sent. Leads already sent stay in the app.
