Open Settings from the sidebar.
Your profile
Your name and email. Changing your email sends a confirmation to your current address first; nothing changes until that link is followed, and the new address then confirms itself. If your address isn't confirmed yet, everything works, but a password reset would go to an address nobody has proved receives mail. Choose Send the confirmation again.
Organisation and invoicing
Only an owner can change these, because they apply to everyone and print on every invoice.
- Billing country: sets the currency and the tax. India is billed in rupees with GST; everywhere else in US dollars as a zero-rated export. Charges are held until it's set.
- GSTIN, and your State (place of supply), which decides whether GST is split as CGST and SGST or charged as IGST. If you've added a GSTIN, its state is used.
- Address: a tax invoice to a registered business needs one, as does any invoice from ₹50,000.
Password
Change your password, at least 10 characters; length beats complexity. You can sign out on every other device at the same time. If you sign in with single sign-on and have no password, you can have a link emailed to set one.

Active sessions
Every device signed in to your account. Revoke one, or Revoke all others. Revoking takes effect at once. Sessions store a hashed IP address, never a raw one.
Anti-phishing phrase
Pick something only you would know, 4 to 64 characters. It appears at the top of every account email we send you, for sign-in, billing and alerts, so an email without it isn't from us. Newsletters don't carry it.
Notifications
Switch push notices on for this device: a destination stops answering, your plan renews soon, your free month is ending, an export is ready, and product news at most once a week. On iPhone, add the dashboard to your Home Screen first.
Conveniences: copy the short link to your clipboard after creating a dynamic code.
Your data
- Export: download every code, page, design, submission and scan rollup as one JSON file, or have a download link emailed.
- Your rights: record a correction request or a data processing agreement (DPA) request. The answer comes by email within the statutory window, and the screen shows when it's due.
Delete your account
Delete this account removes your personal data within 30 days, and the removal is recorded in the audit log. Your printed codes are a separate decision, and the screen asks you to make it. Type DELETE to confirm. Until that last step, nothing has happened.
